Established in 1994, L&K INDUSTRIES continues to provide a wide range of in-stock
gauges, colours, coatings and treatments of flexible plastic films. We service
such industries as, window patch, wet laminating, vertical and horizontal form
fill and seal, labeling, bag and pouch, bag liner and decorative outer web. To
enhance our product lines we offer color process or line print as well as
mutli-layer barrier films. L&K INDUSTRIES will also cater to those companies who
need to have materials converted, either into roll or sheet form.
Converting Capabilities
- High speed slitting (to your specifications)
- Rotary or Razor blade suitable for various material gauges
- Slitting capabilities to handle a maximum roll input of 70" wide
- Slitting capabilities to handle a minimum outgoing roll size of 3/4" wide
- Ability to handle either 3" or 6" cores, incoming or outgoing
Sheeting & Square Cutting
- Sheeting and square cutting (with or without tissue interleaved)
- Tipping" (paper or film with glue line tipped for sheet fed presses)
- Sheeting capabilities on Loom Sheeter-60" wide incoming (can convert if
necessary)
- Sheeting capabilities on Beck Sheeter-40" wide incoming (can convert if
necessary)
- Beck Sheeter total sheet length 40" wide x 70" long • Guillotine
capabilities-able to produce minimum sheet size of 1" wide x 1 1/2" long
- Guillotine capabilities-able to produce maximum sheet size 50" wide x 50" long
